PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle capable of obtaining subcool stably under any condition. SOLUTION: A subcooler 4 for further cooling refrigerant cooled in a cooler 2 and an inside heat exchanger 5 for exchanging heat of high pressure refrigerant between the cooler 2 and an expansion device 6 and low pressure refrigerant between an evaporator 7 and a compressor 1 are provided for the ordinary refrigerating cycle provided with the compressor 1 for raising a pressure of refrigerant, the cooler 2 for cooling the refrigerant whose pressure is raised, the expansion device 6 for reducing a pressure of the refrigerant, and the evaporator 7 for evaporating the refrigerant whose pressure is reduced by the expansion device 6.
