PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module having characteristics improved by suppressing mutual interference between a light transmission part and a light reception part and an influence of noise. SOLUTION: In a wiring pattern of a circuit board 2, signal lines PPd , Pa , and Pb are interposed between reference voltage lines PVG and PVC, and the reference voltage line PVG or PVC in both ends are connected with conductive brackets 6 and 7. The brackets 6 and 7 covers and shields lead pins 43 and 53 for connecting a light receiving element part 4 and a light emitting element part 5 to the circuit board 2.
