PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of simply producing a medicinal composition of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride showing a satisfactory level of elution. SOLUTION: The granules of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride are produced through a stirring granulation method. The tablets of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride are produced by tabletting the granules of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride produced through the stirring granulation method.
