PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, slow release medicine administration device for avoiding medicine resistance and sleep disorder or corresponding to stroke of angina pectoris before uprise in the morning or craving for smoking, having high percutaneous absorpability. SOLUTION: This slow release medicine administration device can retard release of the medicine into the body after attaching to an administration part and is at least composed of (a) a medicine-impermeable support, (b) a medicine storage layer provided in contact with the support and having a release surface releasing the medicine by diffusion, (c) a retardant layer substantially containing a medicine, used for retarding release of the medicine from the medicine storage layer to the skin for a definite time, (d) a separation film provided in the intermediate between the medicine storage layer and the retardant layer and capable of separating both layers until the device is attached to an administration part and removing it by patients when attached. In the device, the retardant layer (c) comprises at least one kind of tacky agents selected from a rubber-acrylc tacky and silicone-tacky agents as a base.
