PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a liquid crystal display device as a whole by reducing the wiring area of a wiring electrode 4c connected to a first driving IC 3a and moreover the width in the direction of the short side of a driving IC arranging place 5. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display device 1 is constituted so that output terminals 6 of the first driving IC 3a mounted on the substrate of the display device 1 are arranged in a plane shape and wiring electrodes 4c which are connected to the output terminals 6 are wired on the substrate of the display device 1 by being divided into two groups in directions of adjacent two sides in the rectangular first driving IC 3a and moreover the wiring electrodes 4c which are wired are drawn out in a row direction and a column direction along which the output terminals 6 are arranged.
