PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method which is an image forming method using an amorphous silicon photoreceptor and is excellent in image reproducibility even in long-term use by reducing the load in a cleaning section by toners remaining after transfer and preventing the image defect by toner fusion to the photoreceptor etc. SOLUTION: The image forming method using the photoreceptor having a photoconductive layer composed of a non-crystalline material composed of silicon atoms as its parent body comprises using the negative charge type toners containing at least a binder resin, coloring agent and particulates containing 0.01 to 3.0 mass% alkaline metal element. |
