<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate rotation of a steering wheel in a period when traveling on a rail and when the steering wheel is floated from a general road, and to prevent traveling to an unexpected direction when a change is generated from the traveling on the rail to traveling on the general road. SOLUTION: A steering device 1 is a tilt type one of which the upper steering shaft 4 and the lower steering shaft 6 are connected tiltably. A stopper bracket 22 having a cut-out part 22a is provided in a shaft cover 9 covering the lower steering shaft 6 and rotating integrally therewith. A stopper plate 23 is engaged disengageably with the cut-out part 22a of the stopper bracket 22 via a link mechanism 31 by an operation lever 24, so as to lock the wheel.</p> |
