PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of fuzz in a composite sheet having elastic elongation and obtained from a web of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber having inelastic elongation and a web of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having elastic elongation. SOLUTION: This composite sheet 44 having elastic elongation is prepared by superposing a first web 41 composed of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber 35 having inelastic elongation onto a second web 42 composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having elastic elongation 42 and intermittently joining these webs and elongating the joined material in one direction and then contracting the joined material. In the thermoplastic synthetic fiber 35, at least two kinds of thermoplastic synthetic resins Ra and Rb having 20,000-150,000 number- average molecular weight and >=1.1 ratio (Ma/Mb) of number-average molecular weight are contained.
