PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load hanging hook structure body for a crane device that can make an economical and easy change between large load lifting work and medium-small load lifting work without having an adverse effect on lifting performance. SOLUTION: This hook structure body is provided with a hook body comprising a hook 32 hooked to a load to support the load, and a main sheave block 30A having a plurality of sheaves 33 wound with a wire rope 24, and a support shaft 53 for supporting the hook 32; and at least one sub-sheave block 30B having a plurality of sheaves 43 wound with the wire rope 24 and detachably and selectively mounted to the main sheave block 30A of the hook body through the support shaft 53.
