PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain particularly the flexure suppression and weight reduction of a floor panel constituting a free access floor. SOLUTION: This floor panel 1 for the free access floor comprises a surface plate 2 and a back face plate 3 formed with a dimple group comprising circular dimples 5, 5, etc., arranged in grated shape on a recessed shape 31. Each side part of the back face plate 3 is formed with half dimples 6, 6, etc., of approximately 1/2 in a row state along the respective longitudinal or lateral dimples 5, 5, and each corner part of the back face plate 3 is formed with divided dimples of approximately 1/4. The apexes rising from the dimples 5, half dimples 6 and divided dimples are respectively stuck to and integrated with the surface plate 2.
