PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator truck wherein though a structure is simple and can be easily applied to an existing agitator truck also, mixing or kneading action is large and a concrete of high quality can be directly manufactured. SOLUTION: In the agitator truck (AT) wherein a spiral blade (5) is attached along an inner wall in a drum (1), a mixing component (10) is provided at a required position between the blade (5) and the blade (5) and a plurality of stirring rod units (60) are provided to the blade (5). The mixing component (10) is constituted of the blade (11) on which a plurality of slots (14, 14,...) are formed. Further, the stirring rod unit (60) comprises two pieces of stirring rods (61 and 61').
