PURPOSE: A method of preparing a health supplementary food by mixing 55 kinds of food ingredients on the basis of Oriental medicine containing five phases(ohaeng, Korean native name) explaining the actual state of things and the principle, five tastes and five colors is provided. Therefore, the food product improves constitution(In Oriental medicine, each person is thought to have a peculiar physiological characteristic, which is called a constitution) and is effective in treatment of adult disease. CONSTITUTION: The method of preparing a health supplementary food comprises mixing 55 kinds of food ingredients in a specified ratio, followed by grinding and forming. The food ingredients contain brown rice, brown glutinous rice, whole barley, whole wheat, bean, sorghum, Panicum miliaceum L., coix seeds, red bean, sesame, Perilla, glutinous millet, germinated brown rice, corn, mung beans, Rhynchosia nulubilis Semen, bamboo sprout, Ganoderma Lucidum Karst., Lentinus edodes, Artemisiae capillaris Herba, Lycii Radicis Cortex, Astragali Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, spinach, Platycodi Radix, laminaria, Arctium lappa L., red pepper, pine needle, plum, Cinnamomi Cortex, Cassiae semen, pine sprouts, Tricholoma matsutake, arrowroot sprouts, brown algae, edible wild plants, pine pollen, Carthami Flos, acorn, Poria cocos, bamboo salt, crystalline fructose, whey calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, zinc oxide, Acori Graminei Rhizoma extract powder, blueberry extract powder and octacosanol.
