PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system for effectively preventing use of a game recording medium even if a fraudulent act of falsification or the like of recorded information (remaining frequency for example) of the game recording medium is repeated, when making a prescribed amount of negotiable game value within the limits of negotiable game value specified from the recorded information of the game recording medium to be used. SOLUTION: The game system computes the sum of a set frequency as a prescribed amount of negotiable game value offered for ball lending and the amount of negotiable game value offered for ball lending at Sb21, compares the sum with an issued frequency as the amount of negotiable game value offered for issuance of a game recording medium at Sb22 and judges it as an abnormality if the sum exceeds the issued frequency at Sb24.
