PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow provided with head and neck placing parts of a plurality of levels of hardness, enabling a user to select preferred hardness and use it. SOLUTION: The pillow is composed of an elastic body 11 having the head placing parts 21 and the neck placing parts 25 on an upper surface, a clearance 26 is formed inside the elastic body of the neck placing part or on an elastic body lower surface 12 and easiness to deflect the neck placing part is produced by the clearance. Further, by providing a plurality of the neck placing parts 25 and making the respective clearance be different, the hardness of each neck placing part is made different and the user of the pillow can select the neck placing part corresponding to a preference and use the pillow. Also, by selecting the neck placing part even after purchase, the neck placing part of the preferred hardness can be used and thus the user does not complain about not matching with his/her preference or physique after the purchase.
