PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pipe holder that permits water pipes to be readily arranged after the planting boxes are set. SOLUTION: The planting boxes 1 have at least upward opening so that the inside of the box may be filled with culture soil. A plurality of the planting boxes 1 are arranged so that they may adjoin each other and the water pipe holders 10 are set in the boxes 1 so that the water pipes may be arranged in the boxes for feeding water to the plants P cultured in the boxes. The pipe holder 10 has a fitting that can be detachably fitted to the upper part of the peripheral wall of the planting box 1 and has a pipe holder for at least partially holding the pipe formed at the upper part on the fitting.
