PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercising tool for knees which is very useful for the elimination of knee pains by promoting the strengthening of muscles surrounding the knees. SOLUTION: A rectangular frame body 1 is arranged with a proper height and pad members 2 and 3 comprising a soft material such as a sponge rubber are made to cover at least the top part 1a and a ground contact part 1b of the frame body 1 over a proper length.
