PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular robot toy construction system which controls an actuator with programs dispersed among modules. SOLUTION: The assemblage of robot modules is arranged for the toy construction system and the plurality of robot module each have a memory capacity, an actuator, a communication means, and a central processing unit. The assemblage has a distributed control unit which is partially regulated at least by the robot modules and the plurality of individual central processing units and each one of robot joint modules contain at least one of the central processing units.
