MEDIUM FOR USE IN ARTIFICIAL CULTURE OF MUSHROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for use in the artificial culture of mushroom enabling the mushroom to be harvested more efficiently. SOLUTION: This medium for use in the artificial culture of mushroom is obtained by including a cotton hull fermented product which is obtained by adding a nitrogen source to the hull freed from the kernels in a cotton seed ground product followed by fermentation.
