PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an artifact caused by a conical shape of an X-ray beam. SOLUTION: In this method, a thickness of an image reconstruction range S1, S2 is set to 2.Z, and an interval between adjacent scan positions z1, z2, etc., is set to 2.Z, wherein Z=D.(FC-SFOV/2)/FC; 2.D is a width of the X-ray beam Xb at a rotation center IC; FC is a distance between an X-ray tube 11 and the rotation center IC; and SFOV is a diameter of the image reconstruction range S1, S2. Thereby, even if the X-ray beam Xb has the conical shape, the X-ray beam Xb can be transmitted through any part of the image reconstruction range S1, S2, and lack of data is not generated to suppress generation of the artifact.
