PURPOSE: A wet tissue supplying device is provided to reduce noise and eliminate needs for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: The wet tissue supplying device(100) comprises a frame, a tissue supplying element, a conveying element(150) for conveying the tissue(180) supplied from the tissue supplying element(170) to the outside, a liquid storage tank(110) for storage of liquid to wet the tissue; a liquid injector for injecting the liquid supplied from the liquid storage tank to the tissue; a pump for supplying the liquid to the liquid injector from the liquid tank; and a cutter(140) to cut the tissue to have a predetermined length. The cutter comprises a motor having an output shaft, a cam element consisting of cylindrical cam which is connected with the output shaft of the motor and a casing containing the cylindrical cam, an upper blade fixed on the frame and a lower blade, wherein, the cam is provided on a bottom part of the lower blade to slide in accordance with the action of the motor.
