BIOLOGICAL INFORMATION COLLECTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily be adaptive to the change of a sensor to be used concerning a biological information collecting device enabling a patient and his/her family to collect various kinds of information on the living body of a user himself/ herself and the patient by various kinds of sensors while sitting in the comfort of one's home. SOLUTION: The device consists of a main body 1 and a sensor 2 for measuring biological information. The main body 1 is provided with a control means 7 or processing measured living information and an interface means 8 for converting a signal inputted from the sensor 2 to a control signal which can be recognized by the control means 7. By mounting a reloadable microcomputer 10 to the interface means 8, the program of a microcomputer 9 can easily be changed though the sensor 2 to be used is changed, thereby a general-purpose system can be constructed.
