PURPOSE: A needle bearing assembling apparatus is provided to improve working efficiency and quality of a needle bearing by continuously performing a press-fitting process and a caulking process with respect to the needle bearing. CONSTITUTION: A needle bearing assembling apparatus includes three cylinder blocks(100,200,300) coupled to three sliders(10,20,30). Three cylinder blocks(100,200,300) are fixed on a base(400). The first cylinder block(100) and the first slider(10) are used for press-fitting a needle bearing into a fitting section of a yoke. The second cylinder block(200) and the second slider(20) are used for caulking one end of the fitting section of the yoke. The third cylinder block(300) and the third slider(30) are used for caulking the other end of the fitting section of the yoke. The press-fitting and caulking processes are carried out by using a press-fitting tool(12), and first and second caulking tools(21,31).
