PURPOSE: Mobile collecting plate brush set for electric dust precipitator and method for making the same are provided to maximize an effect to collect dust of a brush unit. CONSTITUTION: Mobile collecting plate brush set for electric dust precipitator and method for making the same comprise a step for preparing a brush bundle by arranging brush wires as a bundle; a step for folding a middle portion of the bundle of brushes; a step for inserting a core made of a steel wire into the folded portion of the brush bundle at a right angle; a step for making a brush unit by fitting a wire holder to the outside of the folded portions and pressing an end of the wire holder; and a step for welding the wire holder with a regular interval.
