PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxidation-inhibited oil component and an antioxidant and a browning-preventing agent for foods and drinks, cosmetics and medicines containing the oil component as an active component. SOLUTION: Oxidation of the oil component is prevented by deoxidizing the citrus fruit-based oil component itself or preparing the oil component under a deoxidized atmosphere and oxidation of a beverage and the like is prevented by adding the obtained deoxidized oil component.
