PURPOSE: A horizontal column type FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) septic tank is provided, in which the inner space of the strong equipment is fully utilized by 100%, and the exterior plate(2) of the HBC chamber(7) is made to form a convex surface tolerable to the inner pressure and to the soil pressure acting from the top of copper(1A). CONSTITUTION: The facility comprises a main body(1) of horizontal drum type septic tank; two exterior plates(2A) of wave form type (many blocks type) and one or two of exterior plates(2B) of fore edge type which are joined in the main body to form a plurality of narrow and long block(=peanut form) rectangular HBC chambers(7), which are partitioned into a plurality of HBC chambers(7A,7B7,C,7D) by joining inner partition walls(3)(3A,3B) having an opening(11) of the most narrow sunken site.
