SYSTEM FOR SUPPLEMENTING HOT DIP GALVANIZING SOLUTION

PURPOSE: A system for supplementing hot dip galvanizing solution is provided to solve problems such as temperature control or explosion accident of the galvanizing solution by supplementing zinc ingot molten in the subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath into a hot dip galvanizing bath after melting zinc ingot in a subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath. CONSTITUTION: The system for supplementing hot dip galvanizing solution comprises an induction heating unit(11) installed at one side; a subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath(30) installed at a position adjacent to a main hot dip galvanizing bath(10) into which strip is proceeded, and in which the hot dip galvanizing solution to be plated on the strip is charged; a hot dip galvanizing solution guiding means(40) connected to the main hot dip galvanizing bath(10) at one side of the subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath(30); and a belt unit(50) installed at a selected place of the hot dip galvanizing solution guiding means(40), wherein a level sensing sensor(32) is installed on one side of the subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath(30), and a zinc ingot injecting unit(20) is installed on the upper part of one side of the subsidiary hot dip galvanizing bath(30).
