PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate 1 for treating a bone joint fixing operation to a bone of a joint, especially a metatarsophalangeal joint. SOLUTION: This plate 1 has two parts 2, 3, i.e., a base part 2 and a distal part 3, an extension part in a horizontal plane of a symmetry axis S2 of the distal part 3 has a certain angleαto an extension part of a symmetry axis S1 of the base part 2, and both the extension parts crosses at a point A1 . An extension part in a vertical plane of the symmetry axis S2 has a certain angle to the extension part of the symmetry axis S1 , and both the extension parts crosses at a point A2 different from the point A1 .
