PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grip for exercising tools which facilitates carrying inexpensively by making it easy to handle as for dumbbells and usable for expanders, rope skippings and the like other than for the dumbbells. SOLUTION: The grip for exercising tools is constituted of the body thereof holdable with a hand, a flexible tie string mounted as protruding out of both end parts of the body of the grip part and cap-like connection bodies securely screwed with respective mouth parts or the like of containers such as PET bottles as separately fixed at the tip parts of the flexible tie string.
