PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing high-quality seasoned devil's tongue prepared in a plastic container, by which alkalis contained in devil's tongue and obstructive to seasoning treatment are neutralized to eliminate them in the packaging container so that seasoning components rapidly permeate the devil's tongue, and which can be developed so as to have a continuously automatic process. SOLUTION: The method for producing seasoned devil's tongue prepared in packaging container comprises the following process: charging a plastics container with devil's tongue, and the necessary amount of an organic acid and a seasoning liquid at a predetermined weight ratio of the three decided after tested, and sealing up the container followed by subjecting the sealed container to heating so as to complete neutralization of the devil's tongue and permeation of the seasoning components into the devil's tongue. This method can be easily automatized because of its simple production process, and also various kinds of seasoned devil's tongue having excellent flavor can be obtained by this method. |
