PURPOSE: Provided is a refrigerator for storing kimchi which is capable of maintaining the temperature inside. Therefore it prevents the kimchi taste from being changed and maintains the quality of kimchi. CONSTITUTION: The refrigerator for storing kimchi characteristically comprises: a main body to form a certain size of inner storing chamber receiving a kimchi container; a cover fitted to the upper part of the main body; a thermostat to control the temperature inside the storing chamber according to kimchi ripening; and a cold insulation device to generate cold air and maintain the temperature inside the storing chamber low.
