摘要 PURPOSE: A device for supplying power to a terminal LCD is provided to connect a diode between a reference level and a ground of a low voltage dropout diode, and to have a higher output voltage than a forward voltage of the diode, thereby obtaining a high output voltage from an LDO(Low DropOut Regulator) without using a voltage up converter. CONSTITUTION: An LDO(110) outputs a higher voltage than a reference electric potential by forming the reference electric potential as a ground. Since an electric potential of the ground is "0", the LDO(110) outputs the voltage as much as a set voltage. An anode of a diode(200) is connected to a reference level of the LDO(110). A cathode of the diode(200) is connected to the ground. A voltage equal to a forward voltage size of the diode(200) is transmitted to the reference level of the LDO(110). An output voltage of the LDO(110) becomes an added value of the forward voltage of the diode(200).
