PURPOSE: To increase strength of a ceramic material without containing heavy metals having low melting points by heating a mixture of soots and a ceramic material in vacuum and mixing the resultant mixed valuable material, water and a ceramic material, molding and burning. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 90-60% soots of crude oil ash or EP-ash, etc., and 10-40% a ceramic material is placed in a crucible 16 by opening an open and shut cover 15, the cover 15 is shut, a suction compressor 34 is operated and the inside of the crucible 16 is made to a vacuum state by sucking air in the crucible 16 through a suction tube 26. Next, a burner 38 is ignited to heat the crucible 16 and a treating material is decomposed by rotating a furnace main material 7 to obtain a mixed valuable material. The resultant mixed valuable material, 5-20% water and 10-30% ceramic material are supplied to a vacuum tug mill and mixed. The resultant mixture is processed by a press, etc., molded and burned. |
