PURPOSE: A frying pan is provided to cook food fast without losing nutrition and to maintain good taste of the food. CONSTITUTION: A frying pan has a main body which is formed of an aluminum material. The bottom of the frying pan is formed concavely to form a heat storing space(5). A plurality of holes(6) are formed in the bottom of the frying pan. The lower part of the holes are formed with a concave portion. The holes are arranged in a radial shape. The lower part of the holes are formed in an inclined shape.
