FILAMENT STRUCTURE OF HALOGEN LAMP

PURPOSE: A filament structure for a halogen lamp of a vehicle is provided to satisfy an optimum condition in lumen and life of a halogen lamp of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A filament structure for a halogen lamp of a vehicle includes leads(21,22) and a coil(23). Leads are arranged in parallel by using a conductor. The coil is formed between leads by using the conductor. A length(WL) between leads is maintained from 3.6 to 4.1 millimeters. A winding hollow(CD) of the coil is maintained from 1.18 to 1.22 millimeters. Total turn(TT) of the coil is maintained eighteen times. Thereby, temperature distribution within set life of the lamp is maintained regularly. The lamp is strengthened against thermal shock. Lumen and life of a halogen lamp are optimized.
