PURPOSE: A prefabricated form for a stair hall is provided to make precise construction possible, to shorten the period of construction and to improve the quality of construction and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated form for a stair hall contains: a wall form(10) and formed in a combination structure by arranging many unit panels vertically and horizontally, and the unit panel comprises upper panels(10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g), inclined panels(10h,10i,10j,10k) connected from an incline of a stair hall to the lower side of the upper panels(10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g), and lower panels(10l,10m,10n,10o,10p,10q) arranged horizontally on the lower side of a stair hall, and each panel is coupled by a pair of wedge couplers(11); and a stair form composed of many frames deciding the height of stairs, an upper plate functioning as steps on each frame, and a side plate supporting one side of the upper plate.
