PURPOSE: Elvan beads applied to interior and exterior walls, and floors of constructions are provided, which prevent smell, moisture and bacteria, and give good effects on human health besides decoration effects. CONSTITUTION: The elvan beads emitting far infrared rays are manufactured by the following steps of: (S1) powdering elvan into a size of 425mesh; (S2) mixing ground elvan with water in a ratio of 9:1; (S3) adding 2wt.% of alumina, titanium or a mixture thereof as a binder; forming the mixture into a bead shape; (S4) biscuit firing and curing; and (S5) firing at 800-1200deg.C for 12-54hrs.
