PURPOSE: Provided is a functional mat which includes a stimulator for blood vessel at the center of a sheet-structured body matched to blood vessel to stimulate blood vessel so that it helps to make human metabolism active. CONSTITUTION: In the functional mat which aligns plural functional sheet-structured bodies(1) at a board(10) with constant size, the functional mat comprises the parts of: the board which impregnates titanium oxide or charcoal with silicone or soft PVC; plural first grooves which are uniformly aligned at upper side of the board; the functional sheet-structured body which is inserted into the first groove; a second groove which is formed at the center of the sheet-structured body matched to body vessel; a sheet-structured amethyst(2) which is inserted into the second groove; and a lower cover(70) which fixes the mat divided into plural parts.
