PURPOSE: Provided are epitope tag originated from hepatitis B virus(HBV) preS1 antigen and a detection and purification method of polypeptide using antibody thereof. Epitope tag, containing 37-45 amino acids sequence of ad subtype, or 26-34 amino acid sequence of ay subtype of HBV preS1 of SEQ ID NO:1, is used in the detection and purification of polypeptide. CONSTITUTION: The detection and purification method comprises the steps of: detecting and purifying a fused protein in which a target polypeptide is connected to the epitope tag containing amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, using a monoclonal antibody specific to HBV preS1, wherein the monoclonal antibody is produced by hybridoma strain Ap1(KCTC 10079BP). |
