PURPOSE: Provided are bibimbap containing buckwheat buds and preparation method thereof, thereby maintaining nutrients contained in buckwheat buds, removing impurities and dirts, and improving the taste of buckwheat buds. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of bibimbap is characterized by soaking buckwheat buds in water of 10 deg.C or less for 10 minutes and adding them to bibimbap, thereby improving a crispy taste of buckwheat buds and consequently giving a soft taste. |
