PURPOSE: A high-tension sheet panel for concrete reinforcement is provided to recover or keep the safety stiffness of a concrete structure extremely damaged, to reduce the necessity of continuous maintenance works after construction, to reduce the term of works and construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: A high-tension sheet panel for concrete reinforcement manufacturing method comprises the steps of; an impregnation process of impregnating at least more than one kind of fibers among the high tension fibers of glass fiber, aramid fiber, or carbon fiber selectively to the resins composed of potential epoxy resins hardened at a high temperature; a primary shaping process of drawing panel raw materials to a width of 2000 millimeters and below and a thickness of 10 millimeters and below; a secondary shaping process of plastic-hardening by adding pressure and heat to the drawn panel raw materials.
