PURPOSE: A terminal apparatus including a pointing apparatus and screen control method thereof are provided to control desired screens by moving the screens to a predetermined area regardless of various menu selecting processes. CONSTITUTION: A location of a cursor displayed on a screen is monitored(S200). The location of cursor is determined from a function area or other areas(S210). When the cursor is located in the function area, functions are realized(S220). When the location of the cursor is located in a cursor area, the cursor is realized according to the input signal of a pointing apparatus(S230). The cursor area is selected or moved by a displacement signal of the pointing apparatus.
