PURPOSE: Provided is a waist band with an acupressure device placed which is configured in a connection type and adjusted according to users' waist so that it is simultaneously used as the acupressure tool with functioning as a belt. CONSTITUTION: The waist band with the acupressure device placed comprises the parts of: several connection sheets(4,5) which connect a fixed body and a mobile body(3) with forming a connection part(6,7); an acupressure part(8) which includes an acupressure roller at the center of the mobile body; a drive roller(9) which is placed at upper and lower side of the mobile body; a drive part which is formed at a buckle part of the fixed body and the mobile body with including a rack gear(10) and a worm gear; a cutting part(13) which is placed at one inner side of the fixed body; and a guide rail which is placed at the other inner side of the fixed body to help the shake of the acupressure roller.
