PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station with a display function by which a user can very easily recognize the correlation between an azimuth on a map displayed on a display panel and an actual azimuth at that point. SOLUTION: The mobile station for receiving map information sent wirelessly from a base station and displaying a map on the basis of the map information on its own display panel is provided with an azimuth angle difference detection section for detecting the azimuth angle difference between an azimuth with respect to the direction of the display panel and a particular azimuth, and a map display control means for displaying the actual azimuth on the map onto the display panel on the basis of the azimuth angle difference detected on the received map information by the azimuth angle difference detection section.
