PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key word registering method, a key word utilization method and a key word registering and utilizing system for improving the degree of freedom in utilization by registering a free key word imparted freely and for solving problems such as discrepancy, bias in sorting, occurrence of sorting errors and the reduction of general usefulness. SOLUTION: When the free key word is compared with the standard key word of a standard key word table 90 and there is no corresponding key word, the free key word is registered as it is or a similar key word is registered in a correlation table 80A with the flag of temporary correlation and is referred to when changing the standard key word table by adjustment with another registered person after this. Since each registered person has his/her own correlation table, the tendency and a thinking way of key word imparting of himself/ herself or other persons can be grasped by the standard of himself/herself or other persons by referring to this.
