The first component is a bush (10) with fastenings for fixing it to the barrel, and the second component (11) has two side wings (22) and additional fastenings (21, 26, 29) for fixing it to the bush. The winged component has a stop to limit the retraction of the syringe plunger from the barrel and is engaged laterally with the bush from any angle by means of interlocking ribs and channels.
