PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone system sensing various gases existing in air by adding a gas sensor. SOLUTION: The portable telephone system with the gas sensor 15 having a function for measuring the component of the gas existing in air is disposed to a regular portable telephone system provided with an input part 1, a display part 2, a CPU 3, a transmission/reception part 4, a RAM 5, a ROM 6 and an output part 14.
