摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making a polymer gel electrolyte which has an ionic conductivity, a strength, and also an adhesive property in itself. SOLUTION: The method of making the polymer gel electrolyte comprises the steps of: a polymer which comprises as principal chain a structure such as polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethyleneoxide, polypropyleneoxide, poly (ethyleneoxide/propyreneoxide), polyphosphazene, polyvinylether, or polysiloxane and as side chain an oligoalkyleneoxide structure, being carried on a porous substrate membrane so as to occupy 10-90% of the surface area thereof; the polymer being dissolved in an electrolyte solution dissolving an electrolyte salt in an organic solvent, thereby being diffused into the porous substrate membrane; and the polymer being crosslinked, whereby a crosslinked body swelled with the electrolyte solution is formed.
