PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an effective wiring region for a user while a power source wire is strengthened, and to suppress an increase in cost. SOLUTION: A second data line 18 is arranged at the upper layer of a fundamental unit block 12-2. A first wirable region 20 is arranged along the second data line 18, and a first power source wire 31 is wired at the first wirable region 20. A second wirable region 21 is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the first wirable region 20, and a second power source wire 32 at a layer the same to a layer at which the first power wire 31 is wired is arranged at the second wirable region 21. |
