PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system that allows a customer representative to simply and reliably save customer information obtained on the site of business and to correctly communicate the customer information to a surrogate or successor with no additional load and at a minimized installation cost. SOLUTION: The system comprises a computer 20 installed on a business base; and map information creation means that reads the map of a business region, converts its contents into electronic map information 2A, and outputs the converted information. The computer 20 comprises means (23, 25, 27, 29, and 31) that extract various types of information from storage means 24, which stores customer information 3 and the map information 2A, for use in processing and, in addition, perform required processing based on the map information 2A. |
