PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method of sales by catalog whereby catalogs are distributed directly to a customer through an agent and information on the agent, information on an order taken and delivery of a product and information on the customer are controlled at headquarters unitarily. SOLUTION: The method comprises headquarters 1 and a plurality of agents 2 that contract with the headquarters 1. The headquarters 1 have an information processing means to perform control of order taking and delivery of products, management of customers and management of agents unitarily. The agents 2 distribute an order sheet with their code number and a column for filling in customer information and a product catalog to a customer 3. The customer 3 enters particulars in the column for filling in customer information of the order sheet and sends it to the headquarters 1. |
